Set on twenty woodland acres, less than a mile from the Yosemite’s Highway 120 West entrance, the new lodge provides a resort base camp with a rustic modern sensibility at the doorstep of the Park along Highway 120.

The resort boasts a mix of 143 tastefully appointed rooms, suites and hillside villas, each with a deck overlooking nature and most providing a front-row seat to the stunning Sierra sunsets. All rooms feature a stylish sitting area, private bathroom, custom artwork and furnishings, refrigerator and complimentary Wi-Fi and are designed to accommodate both couples and families.

Nestled on twenty woodland acres at the doorstep to the iconic Yosemite National Park, Rush Creek Lodge is a superbly designed “destination within a destination” that features a grand main lodge, restaurant and tavern, central swimming pool and hot tub area with poolside bar, full-service recreation department, general store, meeting and event space and a variety of innovative amenities for entertainment and relaxation.

Rush Creek Lodge enables leisure travelers, families and groups to make the most of their visit to Yosemite by providing a rich offering of activities both in the Park and at the property. A full-service onsite recreation department helps guests explore the Yosemite landscape by offering guided excursions and wellness programs, as well as a complimentary “recreation concierge” advice desk and daily on-site activities.

In the Main Lodge, guests will find a spacious lounge with fireplace and a fun-filled game room with an indoor tree house. Throughout the property, outdoor seating areas and fireplaces await, as well as innovative play areas, a gold panning stream, a fly-casting pond and other opportunities for discovery, entertainment and relaxation, including a large salt water pool and two spacious hot tubs.

Some of Napa’s coolest winemakers up to Rush Creek year round where the chef pairs food with the featured wines, many of them boutique. Packages  include a Friday welcome reception and tasting, lodging, breakfast, and nightly food and wine pairings.  In winter there are few things better than snowshoeing through pristine snow in giant Sequoia groves just minutes away and return to the lodge for an incredible evening of wine and food at Rush Creek Lodge. 

For the Winemaker Weekend Jan. 25-27, 2019, join Napa's Elizabeth Vianna, winemaker and general manager of Chimney Rock, at Rush Creek Lodge. Vianna, who is returning for her third consecutive year, is well-known for her Stags Leap District estate-grown wines from Chimney Rock’s green-certified Napa Valley winery. She brings her signature take on Cabernets to this special weekend. 

From March 1 – 3, 2019, Alison Rodriguez of the Hess Collection (www.hesscollection.com) will be hosting Winemaker Weekend. Returning to Rush Creek for the second year in a row, Rodriguez is bringing several stars from the Hess Collection portfolio, along with her enthusiasm and international perspective on all things wine and living life to the fullest.
